SENIOR COURSE REVEW
>1. How about the ramen in the web class video?
I love Tonkotsu ramen and for the first time I tasted it in Japan I’ve been trying to cook at home but I never achieved the quality and taste I was looking for until now. The Tonkotsu ramen of this class is really great and for the first time I’m proud and happy of the ramen I cook at home. Is really rich and powerful, close to my favourite ramen style, the Hakata Tonkotsu. In this course I learned a lot of key points of cooking ramen I would never learn some other way and because of that I’m very grateful.
> 2. How the teaching how to make ramen in the web video.
The idea of making a video online course is great. Every video is very clearly explained with all the steps perfectly recorded. The advantage of a video is that you can watch it over and over again and that’s great for learning. Personally I prefer the subtitled versions.
> 3.what will you do the next,
I will try shio tare and jigoku tare versions and I would love to learn more ramen recipes like Hakata style or double soup ramen (Pork-chicken or Pork-fish). I’m also very interested in oils.
